Human Resources Administrator

**Job Description**:
The Temporary HR Administrator will assist the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and support various HR functions.
**_
This is a temporary position for our Sherwood Park corporate office. This will start _**_immediately _**_and last for 3 months._**
**What would you be doing?**
- Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Input new hire information into the HR database and update existing employee records as necessary.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving HR documents into the HRIS employee files.
- Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous experience in HRIS and ERPs.
- 1-2 years of HR administrative support experience or a related field preferred.- Should be comfortable with doing repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including meeting multiple demands.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word, and HRIS.
