Office Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage phone systems by answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Assist with customer service tasks by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing appointment schedules.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking payments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and assist with special projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a front desk capacity is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
