**Position Description**:
This position reports to the Kitchener Branch Manager and is part of the Sales Team. The incumbent is responsible to support, initiate, and provide repair, parts, and upgrade solutions to Delta's client base, both potential and exiting, including pre-sale visits, site verification, installation project management; communication with stafff, and post-completion follow up.
**Responsibilities**:
- Represent Delta’s core values of Integrity, Service and Quality in relationships with both internal staff members and external customers and suppliers.
- Follow Delta policies / procedures, Employee Handbook, and Health & Safety Manual.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Review and interpret project specifications, customer inquires, and mechanic-initiated requrests for quotation.
- Prepare and submit project quotes; track and follow up on submitted quotes.
- Initiate, manage, and communicate job correspondence to appropriate departments.
- Attend customer meetings to facilitate requirements determination; present solutions.
- Collect site data and prepare take-off documents related to the scope of work.
- Prepare purchasing documents for materials and subcontractors.
- Administer the workflow of the branch's service and repair orders and proposals.
- Attend trade shows.
- Schedule service crews in conjunction with the Field Supervisors.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Three years of industry experience preferable.
- Computer experience; good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license. **Superior customer service attitude.**:
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction and/or elevator terminology / systems.
**Other requirements**:
- Ability to travel in Southern Ontario to visit job sites and branch offices.
- Willingness to obtain an EDM-T to facilitate data collection on-site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
