**Afin de pleinement soutenir les efforts de vente dès le départ, nous nous engageons à donner la formation technique nécessaire pour bien accompagner clients et prospects, ainsi qu’à fournir un plan d’action initial serti d’une liste exhaustive de nouveaux clients potentiels.**

**Sales Manager (B2B)**

Choosing Altro Design is an opportunity to enrich your professional journey As a leading manufacturer of trendy and high-quality residential and commercial window coverings, we are currently seeking a professional sales representative capable of serving our significant existing clientele. Additionally, the role involves meeting the ever-growing demand in the Quebec and Ontario markets for our product lines.

To fully support sales efforts from the start, we commit to providing the necessary technical training to effectively assist clients and prospects. Additionally, we will supply an initial action plan with a comprehensive list of potential new clients.

**REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in sales and/or a diploma in sales consulting
- Enthusiasm and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy while enjoying teamwork
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Knowledge of social media is an asset

**OTHER ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS RELATED TO THIS POSITION**:

- Must own a car and be willing to travel outside of Montreal
- Regularly provide detailed sales reports, both in-person and virtually
- Diligently respond to customer inquiries

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
