As the Sales Support Specialist (B2B), you will act as a liaison, provide information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our B2B customer accounts might face. This role involves processing sales, providing essential administrative and operational support, and fostering effective communication among internal teams.
**Responsibilities**:
Order Processing
- Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate with various departments for timely order fulfillment
- Process orders and invoices on the EDI Platform
- Communicate with relevant departments to address inventory-related issues
Customer Assistance (B2B)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
- Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate activities and maximize efficiency
- Prepare various reports and maintain databases
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function
**Required skills, competencies, and qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role (B2B preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (intermediate level of French minimum - bilingual is preferred)
