The Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all camp programs. They are to work in cooperation with fellow staff members to ensure that programs run efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of service. The Supervisor will meet daily with the Kids at Blue Assistant Manager to ensure a clear line of communication has been established on activities, budget guidelines and performance objectives. The supervisor is responsible ensuring that the daily payroll of their staff is correct and group lists are accurate, neat and maintained throughout the day. The supervisor is to ensure that we are "creating memories again and again" by providing the best possible experience for our staff and guests.

**Hourly Rate of $20.09**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Address, manage and document performance shortfalls as they happen.
- Conduct performance evaluations on all workers under his/her control and initiate plans to help motivate workers to achieve goals
- Train and lead front line staff and ensure day-to-day operation and ongoing coaching and development are geared to deliver the highest degree of sales, service, safety and guest experience.
- Leverage and involve other departments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain SOP'S and other training documents.
- Coordinate theme weeks and special events relating to the program.
- Maintain safe, animated and clean space, both indoors and outdoors, for children in programs.
- Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
- Provide staff with immediate feedback when performance issues and good work are observed.
- Be available to work with groups as necessary.
- Manage the "Employee and Guest Experience".

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Current CPR and first aid certification
- Previous supervisory, training, coaching, and performance management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent service recovery and conflict resolution skills in order to bring both guest and employee concerns to satisfactory closure.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated.
- Confident completing all activities the children participate in
- Minimum one-year previous experience working with children.
- Knowledge of BMR trail networks and resort an asset.
