**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinating all digital projects and communications for OTR/New Student Enrolment (NSE), primarily through CRM, including campaign set-up, content and creative development, deployment, and analysis.
- Monitoring metrics and reporting on communication campaign effectiveness and designing ways to optimize communications based on those metrics (i.e. ways to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate).
- Developing and updating content for the Application and Agent Salesforce Community portals.
- Acting as lead editor and publisher of prospective student digital content (i.e. website pages, myOTR, portals, etc,) and targeted communications from inception to execution with business owner approval;
- Developing content plans across mediums to maximize customer adoption and retention over time.
- Coding CRM communication population selection and send criteria using SQL, and creating communication templates in HTML;
- Overseeing and executing the planning, timeline, coordination and logistics of communications and digital content by managing and updating a NSE content calendar as a subset of the broader OTR content calendar;
- Collaborating with other communication roles in the OTR, the Division of Students and CPAM to understand their various roles and ensure consistent messaging and continuity across all in-person, print, and digital initiatives.
- Performing a rigorous level of quality assurance with a variety of teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time with an excellent level of quality.
- Other duties as assigned to support special projects and broader OTR communications and digital content.

- 4-year degree in English, Journalism, Publishing, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Organizational Communications, or a related field along with 5-years practical experience in developing and implementing communication plans and materials (preferably in a postsecondary environment) is required, as well as, experience planning, coordinating, and tracking projects (equivalency will be considered).
- Marketing Cloud certification/training is required
- Marketing Cloud experience (2 to 3 years) is required.
- Proven digital content strategy, content marketing, copywriting and editing experience, proof reading skills, and advanced knowledge of writing for the web, web editing, web portal coding and web content strategy development using Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred) is required.
- Practical experience in writing, editing, and coordinating editorial production of corporate publications in a multiple project environment involving tight deadlines and production schedules.
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to obtain and report metrics to determine effectiveness of campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of AODA compliance standards, CASL and FIPPA as well as advanced knowledge of HTML, SQL, CSS coding languages required. Familiarity with AmpScript is an asset;
- Proficient in operating a computer and related software packages (ie. Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, etc.). Working knowledge of a Student Information System (PeopleSoft) is considered an asset.
- Experience in an office environment related to the coordination, creation, and implementation of communications and digital content throughout multi-terms cycles.
- Thorough understanding of existing and emerging social platforms, and social media management systems. Understanding of the post-secondary environment and enrolment management an asset.
- Experience in project management is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of College policies and procedures, College style guides and graphic standards; layout and design is considered an asset.
