Leading Supplements/ Vitamins manufacturer is looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to drive online marketing efforts and build a strong brand voice & narrative consistently across all channels. This role is crucial in driving online visibility, increasing brand awareness, conversion, and engaging target audiences. The position will be responsible for developing, implementing, execution and managing the overall digital marketing plans & strategies to expand online reach and better connect with consumers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with company’s leadership team to define and refine growth objectives.
- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company’s goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Design and implement a holistic marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

**2. Digital Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tiktok).
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions.

**3. Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers in the Supplement industry.
- Develop creative influencer marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
- Measure the impact of influencer collaborations and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead influencer marketing plan for key product categories.
- Work with the agency to find & vet appropriate influencers, define/negotiate deliverables and maximize exposure to their communities.

**4. Content Development**:

- Create engaging and informative content for the Company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators to generate visually appealing and educational materials.
- Ensure that content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.

**5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer preferences.
- Use competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Make recommendations for adjustments and improvements based on data insights.

**6. Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Track expenditures and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

**7. Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the company’s leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage online content and advertising creative requests from retail partners.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- 3- 5 years of digital marketing experience in a similar capacity preferably in Supplements and Vitamins market
- Strong working knowledge & understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instgram, Tiktok and Pinterest.
- Working knowledge of digital & social media marketing tools such as Google Ads and other automation platforms.
- Well developed copywriting & proofreading skills.
- Ability to analyze data into actionable insights.
- Strong speaking & presentation skills.
- Ability to lead & manage cross-functional campaigns and projects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design elements will be an asset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
