**GENERAL**

- Participate in weekly touchpoints with Account Leads to assess service delivery needs and target deadlines
- Maintain accurate time logs on a daily basis of activities performed
- Maintain clean and accurate documentation for your tasks, campaigns, and projects
- Maintain a high level of quality for Customer Assets: creative folders, source files, exported assets, etc. all organized in our secure cloud environment
- Provide support to the Sales Team and Account Leaders to sell Creative Services
- Provide support to all designers within Goose Digital
- Deliver to the contracted services for Deliverables and/or Subscribed Time
**CREATIVE AND CONTENT OPERATIONS**
- Support the sales and marketing teams on project estimates, SOW development, and material that supports sales growth to prospective clients
- Aid the department head in identifying and setting departmental benchmarks for creative work quality
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned Customers
- Support Strategists and Account Leads by developing creative designs / brand standards on behalf of Customers and ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all mediums
- Create concepts, mood boards, and layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools
- Create content strategies and storytelling techniques that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
- Develop visual and written content that complements each other, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all mediums
**AGENCY OPERATIONS**
- Participate in one-on-ones or collaborative Operations meetings with Director of Agency Operations / Strategic Director of Enterprise Operations on as-needed basis
- Assist managers and directors in identifying areas in which operational changes can be implemented to improve Goose Digital’s standards for service delivery
- Assist in training/onboarding of new members in design platforms where required
- Assist in the sales process by identifying areas in which Goose Digital can expand our Creative services offerings
- Assist in the sales process by designing sales support materials, including but not limited to: lookbooks, service portfolios, creative mockups, templates etc.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SET**
- Strong knowledge and skills in Creative Design, Typography, and Layout
- Good listening skills to uncover business objectives, map out appropriate campaign strategies, and lead a team of individuals to achieve those goals
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong marketing instinct and creative energy
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks based on importance and need
- Detail-oriented with an eye for “pixel perfection” and passionate about their contributions
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented team environment
- Strong ability to research best practices and new ways of doing things to remain fresh and efficient
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 3-5 years in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment (or equivalent)
- Experience working with an integrated team to deliver client work
- Specialized post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or digital media is a benefit
- Existing specialized certifications and/or platform technology experience is an asset
**LOCATION**
Please note that this role is primarily remote, with the expectation of participation in workshops or training scheduled periodically each quarter. These sessions will be booked in advance and will be held in a pre-determined location in Toronto or Oakville.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
