As we grow and pivot to offer more services and greater online engagement for our clients, we are looking for a dynamic and engaged person focused on sales and business development.
You should have business development as well as sales experience. You should have the ability to build a structure and process for a strong client pipeline and the development of tactics to meet high-growth revenue goals.
You will:
- Work side by side with the sales team.
- Help develop innovative business processes and relationships that will deliver revenue goals.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on inbound client leads and closing on prospective clients.
Specific Qualifications:
- Solid sales background with effective techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Call centre experience an asset.
Character:
- Confident and professional.
- Entrepreneurial thinker who can embrace change.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
