Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team in the Greater Vancouver area. This position will be responsible for driving sales and market growth for our premium European windows and doors in the British Colombia market.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in British Colombia
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential customers to generate new business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential customers
- Researching and analyzing market trends and customer data
- Managing a CRM system to track customer data
- Coordinating with our head office in Montreal on business development initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the window and door retail industry or other types of premium building products
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
