M**ain responsibilities & highlights**
- Conducting outbound telephone computer assisted surveys
- Accurate recording of answers into a computer database
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and/or English and French (written and spoken)
- Our initial 3 day **work from home** training classes are from our **Montreal office. So you need to live in Montreal or within commuting distance to Montreal.**
- Good verbal communications skills.
- Competent typing and computer skills.
- Excellent phone manner and friendly telephone personality
- A cell phone or landline, no long-distance charges incurred.
- High speed internet
- Personal computer/laptop (Windows 7,10/Apple)
- **Flexible Schedule**_**: Weekdays: 4:30pm to 10:00pm; Weekends: 10:00am to 6:00pm
**Salary**: _**(English only - $15.25 / Hour) - (Bilingual - $16.00 / Hour)**_
