- Monitor and supervise a team of interviewers
- Hire and train interviewers
- Manage the call center as well as other aspects the phone interviews
- Partner up with the research team
**PROFILE REQUIRED**:
- You are bilingual (French-English)
- You like flexible working hours (including evenings and weekends)
- You are an enthusiastic team worker
- You are professional, independent and a self-starter
- You have basic knowledge of _Microsoft Word_ and _Excel_
- You can handle high stress situations when needed
- You have strong people management skills
- A plus: you have experience in the phone survey industry
- A plus: you have knowledge of _Voxco_ (software)
