Facilities Assistant

**Purpose**:
The Facilities Assistant will support the Facilities team with administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, and incident reports. This role will work closely with the management team to ensure all projects are on schedule and will assist with organizing and preparing rooms/spaces for events, speaking engagements, etc.
**Education**:
No requirements
**Experience**:
6 months previous administrative experience (experience must include data entry and general administrative support). Experience working in a facilities and high volume office in a post-secondary environment an asset.
**Skills**:
Basic MS Office skills. Attention to detail when entering data or performing inspections.Information System (SIS) and familiarity with Microsoft Access, databases or similar environments.
**This position will require you to work on campus.**
