Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
**Skills**:
- Strong customer support and service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in front desk operations and managing phone systems effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Solid clerical skills including filing, organizing documents, and proofreading.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
