**Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

**We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Milton, ON.**

- Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000_

**Your future team**:
You will become part of the Customer Service Team reporting to Customer Service Manager. The team currently has 10 customer service representatives.

**What you bring**:

- You have a _rock_-solid customer service background
- 1-3 years’ experience managing **high volume of orders**.
- **Prior SAP experience is a plus**:

- Excel is a plus.
- Graduated from a post-secondary institution? Amazing
- Bilingual - English and French
- Computer software - MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills

**What you will be doing**:

- Processing a **high volume of customer orders** and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Recording, processing and responding to all customer requests and concerns
- Running daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders
- Liaising with several members of supply chain to see each order from submission to delivery
