Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their issues and provide product information.
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
  • Develop product and solutions expertise to provide accurate and confident responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to provide legendary service to our customers.
  • Bilingual (English/French) fluency in both verbal and written forms is required.
