**Main Responsibilities**:
In an action-packed day with the Claims and QMS teams, you will be team member who liaises with the various divisions to obtain contract information and data. Your organization and communication skills combined with your technical knowledge will be utilized to provide administrative support with tracking and analysis data, managing document control software, writing and reviewing training documents. Your efforts will provide the team with the data that they need to carry forward corporate objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary degree or diploma
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills to trouble shoot issues system and process discrepancies
- Ability to relate well with all kinds of people and build effective relationships inside and outside the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
