**Position Overview**:
As a Leasing and Administrative Coordinator at Trico Communities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless leasing operations and administrative functions within our community. This multifaceted position involves overseeing the entire leasing process, coordinating tenant events, and maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-centric approach will contribute to the overall success of our residential properties.

**We are currently recruiting for a Leasing and Administrative Coordinator on a full-time hourly basis.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prepare comprehensive lease documentation and oversee the execution process with tenants.
- Welcome new tenants by providing orientation with a comprehensive welcome package and essential building information.
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including short-term tenants in guest suites.
- Maintain on-site tenant and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and organized records
- Oversee the preparation of units for new tenants, coordinating maintenance and cleanliness for re-rental, including guest suites.
- Assist maintenance personnel in prioritizing preventative maintenance work orders and scheduled work.
- Collect rents and security deposits from tenants.
- Communicate effectively with tenants on behalf of Trico Communities
- Supervise and assist with all aspects of event operations and requirements.
- Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to develop promotions that maximize revenue and support corporate strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Ensure setup requirements are met, including AV needs, agenda preparation, and ancillary materials.
- Assist with event tear down and follow-up activities
- Supervise and assist with all aspects of event operations and requirements.
- Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to develop promotions that maximize revenue and support corporate strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Ensure setup requirements are met, including AV needs, agenda preparation, and ancillary materials.
- Assist with event tear down and follow-up activities
- Supervise and assist with all aspects of event operations and requirements.
- Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to develop promotions that maximize revenue and support corporate strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Ensure setup requirements are met, including AV needs, agenda preparation, and ancillary materials.

Assist with event tear-down and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the Leasing and Management team to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Undertake other duties as required to contribute to the overall success of Trico Communities

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Customer Service and Leasing experience in Residential Property Management.
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyageur.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior listening, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and a demonstrated ability to speak and adapt to various audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
- An organized self-starter with excellent time management skills and an ability to manage priorities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
