Team Lead & Treatment Coordinator - Penbrooke Dental

What You’ll Do

As our Team Lead and Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients receive the best care possible. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the Front Office Team: Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Treatment Coordination: Scheduling appointments, organizing continuing care, and following up with patients.
- Insurance Management: Conducting insurance breakdowns, submitting preauthorizations, and sending medical rationales to secure treatment approvals.
- Patient Care: Building strong relationships with patients, answering their questions, and guiding them through treatment plans.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling optimization and utilizing Dentrix and RecallMax to manage systems effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in dental administration or treatment coordination.
- Proficiency in Dentrix and RecallMax.
- Strong skills in scheduling, continuing care, and insurance breakdowns.
- A patient-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative and motivational approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
