**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate hygiene appointments and manage the hygiene schedule to maximize productivity.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and payment options.
- Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene treatments and answer questions related to procedures.
- Ensure patient records are up to date and accurately documented.
- Follow up on hygiene recalls and assist with reactivation of inactive patients.
- Provide administrative support to the hygiene team, including appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred; familiarity with dental hygiene and treatments is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in dental software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
