**What you'll get to do**:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
- **Recruitment Process Management**:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- **Data & Reporting**:
- **Offer Management**:
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions
- Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions
- Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
