Family-owned company with a great reputation established since 1990 in the construction industry, we specialize in the general commercial contracting within the Ottawa area. A non-stressful office administrator position is available Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone highly motivated, reliable, attention to detail, and excellent in multi-tasking. You must be able to be self-sufficient and prioritize with ease your daily functions.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum secondary high school diploma
- Able to communicate effectively
- Proficiency with various programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel, Sage 50
- Well organized
- Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Problem solving
- Bilingual (French/English)
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare/maintain project documents
- General office/clerical work
- Bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, preparing payments, payroll, reconciliations, entering data in the system, daily & monthly tasks pertaining to the business
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
