**Proposal Coordinator - Co-Op Student**

**Your role within the team**:

- Provides support to the Proposal Management Team, under the guidance of the assigned Proposal Manager or other resource.
- Participates in pre-bid and capture planning as required.
- Drafts the proposal response template and responsibility matrix based on client requirements.
- Maintains the response schedule and escalates when internal deadlines slip.
- Copy edits proposal content for style, clarity, and completeness to client requirements, while incorporating win themes that resonate with the client.
- Format proposal documents to be visually appealing to the evaluator.
- Coordinates and participates in proposal kick-off, team reviews, and lessons-learned meetings.
- Supports the submission to the client, including electronic and hard-copy files.
- Assists in preparing library materials, including Project Fact Sheet, CVs, Sales Presentations, and other materials as required.
- Programs the Proposal SharePoint site using SharePoint tools as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an interest in graphic design would be an asset.
- 3rd-year communications, marketing, or business student or higher. Must be enrolled in a co-op program.
- Time Management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Located in Toronto or Montreal, able to work in a hybrid environment (at least 2 days in the office and 3 days remote).
- French fluency is considered an asset but not essential.
- Able to travel when required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn while having fun in a fast-paced environment.
