Our Employee Benefits Service team provides ongoing support to existing clients and provides exceptional customer service to our external clients and internal partners.

**Employee Benefits Administrator**

As an Employee Benefits Administrator you will be supporting a team of insurance advisors by managing group insurance policies for our Total Guard Employee Benefit Group Insurance Program.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Process incoming client requests, new group information, client communications, plan changes and upload relevant forms and documents to our internal policy system.
- Process and distribute incoming departmental mail and update information for plan member policies.
- Provide basic accounting operations support as well as Marketing and communications support.

**The value you bring**
- 1 - 3 years Administration experience; experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- LLQP License considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and sales-related experience.

Hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs/week

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote/Hybrid)
