**Salary**:$40,000 to $50,000 annually
**Additional Compensation**:
- Commission (once licensed, you will receive in-perpetuity/forever commission on the deals you close so long as you are employed by JRP)

**Hours**: _**4 Day work week**_, Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Thursday 8am to 5pm
