- First point of contact for members, internal departments and stakeholders with the ability to answer general and specific questions about HEB’s products and services
- Processing enrolments and changes for the benefit Plans
- Written and oral communication with our members and stakeholders

**Qualifications for Your Success**:

- Experience & Education_
- Completion of a related post-secondary degree or diploma (Business or Finance) and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, and working towards CEBS, is preferred
- A minimum three years in a benefits administration, with a knowledge of group benefits
- Experience in an insurance or medical environment that includes familiarity processing disability and/or health/dental claims
- *An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered_*
- Knowledge, Competencies & Skills_
- Proven ability to process large volumes of work
- Proficient interpersonal skills to integrate and work well with team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated strengths in both written and oral communications skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
