**About Our Opportunity**:
As the Program Administration Officer 1-2 you will report to the Manager, Sector Initiatives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of related experience; an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

You have previous experience or education in finance and accounting related to business and/or government operations; experience in negotiation; and knowledge and understanding the challenges job seekers and employers face as a result of current labour market conditions.

You are comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment, working within a broad community network and/or partnership. You have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. You have a strong attention to detail, with an ability to think clearly, possessing above average interpersonal skills. You are decisive with sound judgement and problem-solving skills.

While not required, it is considered an asset if you have experience delivering programs to employers, industry and/or communities; experience working with community stakeholders; experience with on-line databases such as LaMPSS (Labour Market Program Support Systems) or Advanced Excel; presentation skills; the ability to communicate effectively in French, both orally and in writing.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

**Working Conditions**:
Normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.
