Property and Accounting Admin

Job Description:
1. Maintains general ledger verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
2. Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports.
3. Compiles and sorts documents, such as: invoices, work orders, checks, vouchers, and substantiates business transactions Monitors accounts payable, and receivables to ensure that payments are up to date.
4. Reconcile accounts payable / receivable and other accounts.
5. Maintain Rent Rolls
6. Sign Leases and Deal with tenancy issues.
Software Used: Quickbooks, Adobe, Google Sheets
