We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing portfolio.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tenant Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Lease Administration**: Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements. Ensure that lease terms are followed and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
- **Rent Collection & Reporting**: Manage rent collection processes, track payments, and follow up on any overdue accounts. Prepare regular financial reports for the Property Manager.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with all relevant property management regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Assist with the preparation of legal documents and notices when necessary.
- **Administrative Oversight**:. Oversee the organization of property files, records, and databases.
- **Special Projects**: Assist the Property Manager with special projects, such as renovations, property improvements, or tenant retention initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or administration, with a strong preference for experience in both residential and commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management regulations, lease agreements, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenant relations professionally and effectively.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
