**Company Biography**

Kingston Hydro Corporation is licensed by the Ontario Energy Board to distribute electricity in Central Kingston, Canadian Forces Base Kingston, and parts of Barriefield.

While Kingston Hydro owns the wires, poles and transformers that bring electricity from the provincial electricity transmission grid to the doors of over 28,000 homes and businesses, the electrical system is proudly managed, operated and maintained by the employees of Utilities Kingston, an affiliated Company.

Utilities Kingston provides customer-focused and cost-effective multi-utility services so that Kingston Hydro customers benefit from service advantages and economy of scope cost savings. This shared services delivery model gives Kingston Hydro and Utilities Kingston clear advantages in cost savings and customer service over other utility providers in the province. Kingston Hydro and Utilities Kingston are under the leadership of the same President and Chief Executive Officer, but each has their own respective Board of Directors.

- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Engineering
- Information Technology
- Familiarity with Kingston and general area community
- Business Innovation and Leadership Governance acumen
- Professional ICD.D designation
