Administrative Coordinator

**The Opportunity**
**The Role**
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Be willing and able to work daily from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday excluding STAT holidays
- Prepare client documentation
- Answer phone calls from clients, provide support and follow up as required
- Make use of Excel, Word, Acrobat and Google Suite
- Make CRM Updates (Salesforce)
- Handling occasional special projects and researching business projects
**The Qualifications**
The Administrative Coordinator has:
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to use and learn a range of software solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable preparing documentation and learning detailed processes
- Previous experience with payments terminals and/or software such as Salesforce an asset
- An ability and willingness to take on new opportunities and challenges
- Able to prioritize tasks and work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent English written and Verbal communication skills a must
- French written and verbal communication skills an asset
- Experience in customer service, in an office environment, or in an administrative role a benefit
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable internet access a must

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
