Senior Manager, Payments

A typical day would involve:
Leading strategy sessions to define and refine the payments product roadmap. Coordinating with technology teams to prioritize and execute development tasks. Analyzing customer feedback and transaction data to identify areas for improvement. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product initiatives. Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings. Reviewing and approving product documentation, including business cases and project plans. Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.You are:

7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments. Deep understanding of the Canadian payments landscape, including e-Transfer, payments modernization, real-time rail, and open banking etc. Strong understanding of the fintech space and payments capabilities, including creative solutions to navigate Canadian market limitations. Expertise in digital money movement, including e-commerce payment solutions and legacy pre-paid credit card and credit card debit programs. Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch. Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.Bonus points if you have:

The salary range for the role is $102,200 to $153,200 and a candidate’s offer is likely to be up to the mid-point of the role ($127,700) . The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and skill.
