Responsible for keeping track of inventory

Ordering and purchasing parts

Coordinate pick up or delivery of parts from Suppliers

Dealing with warranty claims and processing returns

Maintain online parts store

Additional administrative tasks supporting the Dealership’s Management

**Qualifications**

Experience in databases, sales order entry, and customer service

Experience in MS Dynamics GP an asset

Windows operating systems and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, attention to detail and accuracy is also important

A willingness to familiarize yourself with the parts you work with is essential, excellent communication and organization skills are important in this role

Ability to pivot as priorities shift

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
