You’re a multi-tasking dynamo and have an eagle-eye for detail. You always have a lot going on and somehow, you manage to do with all with a smile on your face and a can-do attitude. As Lean Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement but also for developing action plans to implement Lean changes while ensuring AMA standards are maintained to support the strategic direction across the association.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Report to Director, Operational Transformation.
- Act as the main point of contact for Lean initiatives and provide superior Lean support to Insurance teams.
- Establish and maintain Lean process improvement framework, including training, tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Prioritize Lean initiatives, manage the Lean idea process with action plans, and lead Kaizen events.
- Create and sustain a Lean Culture within Insurance, building effective relationships with business partners.
- Focus on reducing process waste, improving operational efficiency, and achieving measurable results through continuous improvement efforts.
**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 7 years directly related experience, of which 1-3 years need to be in a leadership capacity. An equivalent combination of education and experience considered will be considered.
- You are certified with Lean Green Belt and are willing to be trained and obtain a Lean Black belt.
- You have a high-level understanding of insurance and their operational processes.
