**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Report to the Chief Operating Officer, Association.
- Work closely with operational Lean Specialists.
- Lead the AMA Lean Coordination Group which brings together AMA Lean Coordinators and reports to the Lean Steering Committee. You’ll develop and manage the strategic plan, budget, and Lean roll-out roadmap.
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams to execute lean initiatives and projects across AMA.
- Lead kaizens while coaching and training team members working toward their Green belt to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the operations teams to identify any trends or opportunities and then develop process changes to address the issues.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.
- Be willing to travel within Alberta.

**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You’ve got a post-secondary education in business administration, engineering, or operations management.
- You’ve got a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt along with 3-5 years of experience in implementing Lean methodologies.
- You’ve proven that you know how to get high quality results and foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.
