As a Web Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing Principal Director you will play a key role in the creation and evolution of digital products, ensuring that users benefit from a superior experience on our new digital platform. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from design to implementation, including strategy, development, and launch. The Web Product Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams, prioritizing user needs and ensuring that the organization's objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the evolution project of the new digital platform in collaboration with IT teams and, when necessary, external suppliers ;
- Gather ideas, develop, and maintain a product roadmap based on user needs and the organization's strategic objectives ;
- Work closely with various internal departments (marketing, IT, admissions, etc.) to ensure their contributions are integrated into product development ;
- Design and update "user stories" and detailed acceptance criteria to guide web development teams ;
- Analyze user data (GA4, CRM, and others) to guide platform development and optimization decisions ;
- Plan and manage development sprints in close collaboration with the technical team ;
- Measure and analyze website performance and communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders ;
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of common goals while maintaining a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in digital product management, with a solid understanding of the complete product lifecycle ;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (E-commerce, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Design, etc.) ;
- Advanced experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and A/B testing tools ;
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to develop a clear product vision and rally stakeholders around it ;
- Expertise in UX/UI and the ability to transform user needs into concrete solutions ;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide product decisions ;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical teams ;
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web technologies ;
- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset ;
- Specific experience with tools like Sitecore, Uniform, and the Atlassian suite is an asset.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
