Product Manager, Revenue Management

- Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for revenue management solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (executives, marketing, finance, engineering, and sales teams) to align product goals with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for revenue management products.
2. Revenue Optimization:
- Develop and implement pricing models and revenue management strategies to optimize product profitability.
- Analyze financial data and KPIs to assess the performance of products and identify areas for revenue growth.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor actions to adjust pricing and revenue models accordingly.
3. Product Development:
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Write detailed product specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on customer needs, revenue potential, and strategic value.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features, using Agile methodologies to manage sprints and releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- Prioritize product features based on market demands, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Leverage simulation technologies to test and validate product designs.
- Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, product development, enhancements, and retiring outdated or redundant features
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the point of contact for all things related to revenue management products including Rev Man team, Sales, Ops and IT
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and leadership.
- collaborating with teams, including technology, and operations to develop functionalities that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement and user satisfaction.
5. Customer Focus & Feedback:
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the product delivers strong customer value while meeting revenue targets.
6. Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
- Monitor product performance through data analytics tools and key metrics.
- Perform post-launch analysis to evaluate the success of product features and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive continuous optimization based on performance data and feedback.
7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth and profitability.
- Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Product delivery on time and within budget.
- Market share and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on revenue management or pricing strategies.
- Experience working in e-commerce or other industries with a strong focus on revenue optimization is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and managing products that have successfully driven revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and financial models.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to define a product strategy and drive a team to deliver on their potential
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead by influence across diverse teams
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and technical aptitude
- Highly analytical, rigorous, and detail oriented

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for product development is preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fully bilingual
