**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain:

- Entering invoices and expenses to accounting software.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Supporting expense and payment processing.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reports.
- Assisting the Corporate department with administrative tasks, as necessary.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Post-secondary diploma in accounting, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable role.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Sage and Deltek Vantagepoint is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and excellence are key attributes.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written with strong inter-personal skills.
