**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.
- Assisting with planning and booking travel as requested, managing associated administration, including Outlook Calendar invites and receipts for Accounts Payable
- Offering support to employees regarding corporate travel including changes, cancellations and issues.
- Assisting with document formatting in accordance with approved procedures and templates
- Assisting with office security across all locations, such as issues alarm codes and conducting security close out procedures as required.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering office supplies.
- Organizing shipping, courier and other logistics, as required.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and other department appointments.
- Assisting the Corporate and HR departments with administrative tasks.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Experience as an administrator or equivalent related experience.
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service facing role
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and excellence are key
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Reliable, highly organized, motivated, and self
- managed.
