Member Success Specialist

FB Canada is a distributor of luxury decorative plumbing and hardware. Our focus is to offer exclusive curated brands to our network of high-end kitchen and bath showrooms.
Duties
- Ensure members are poised for success and fully “plugged-in” to the FB opportunity (utilizing available sales tools, leveraging member best practices, effective displays, samples, price books, catalogs, training resources, etc.)
- Continually maintain member information, products on display, and activities in our CRM
- Represent membership as we prioritize and deploy display and other marketing/sales initiatives
- Attend and participate in annual conference
- Act as backup for customer service when they are short-staffed (i.e. answer phones, enter orders, respond to tickets, etc.)

- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Previous experience working in a CRM and ERP
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

- High attention to detail
- Outgoing and pleasant personality and professional appearance

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
