ROLE SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in ensuring sales targets are met by selling with data and ensuring targets are hit within designated timelines.

The Inside Sales Representative will work in tandem with the Field Sales Managers to drive share and volume within the existing customer base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- calling customers based on assigned territories for orders
- managing inside sales inbox for customer call backs
- working with Field Sales Reps
- Friday meetings to recap sales results and targets
- managing personal and team KPIs
- Invoicing customer orders
- Track and Identify important customer orders for Logistics to flag
- Completion of Daily Call lists
- Customer account Management and info updating
- Grocery Orders Processing through GMS
- New customer Setup/ Ticket Submission
- Reporting system issues to Inside Sales Manager
- Aid field reps in customer requests or issues
- Relay customer requests to Field reps for Merch
- working with logistics on off routes or routing
- identifying customers needs based on new and existing products.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Customer Service and Analysis Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong Relationship building
- Acute attention to detail
- Self-Drive to perform and achieve results
