**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of administration experience is required**:

- **Previous Real Estate experience is highly preferred**:

- Experience with Canva is preferred
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to follow checklists & Manage time & priorities
- Thinking proactively
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of initiative and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Position requires some errands to be completed using own vehicle
- Experience with TRREB is preferred (searching, uploading listings)
- Experience with Webforms/Skyslope is preferred (preparing forms)
- Proficient in Social Media (Instagram, Facebook)

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing marketing materials & having them mailed out
- Preparing client gifts
- Helping in preparation for client events
- Preparing & posting social media posts
- Preparing Real Estate amendments/waivers and offers
- Coordinating property listings such as booking / coordinating / scheduling photographers, stager, sign installation, etc.
- Co-ordinating or installing / removing signs and lockboxes
- Organizing and maintaining calendar / schedule
- Maintain CRM/Data Entry
- Managing client relationship tasks
- Assisting with agents’ day to day task management including but not limited to, running errands, picking up marketing materials etc.

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
