Job Title: Real Estate Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to our agents and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our agents and clients, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our agents and clients' listings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and transaction details.
  • Coordinate and execute open houses, showings, and other marketing events.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on transactions.
  • Collaborate with our agents and clients to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
