**Business Transformation Contract Manager**

The British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager, with strong experience in project management, to oversee and manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle for contracts that are part of a large, complex multi-year business transformation initiative that impacts the entire organization. The services provided through these contracts include, but are not limited to, information technology, information management, system integrations, document management, technical advisors, change management, etc.

**Status**:Temporary, Full-Time (2-year term)

***Who we are**

The British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (“BCCNM”) is the college empowered under the Health Professions Act to regulate the practice of all licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, registered midwives, registered nurses, and registered psychiatric nurses in British Columbia. Regulation helps to protect the public by ensuring that professional care or service received by the public is competent, ethical, and meets the standards that society views as acceptable.

We promise to provide you with rewarding work that challenges you. You will be part of a passionate team contributing to our important mandate of protecting the public. Once hired, you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies for the role.

In addition to base salary, the college offers a generous vacation and extended benefits package. As an employee, you receive 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits. And we contribute to B.C.'s Municipal Pension Plan to help you secure your retirement income. Throughout your career with us, you will engage in a variety of learning and development. We will support your professional development and cover your professional membership costs. To support you in work and life, we provide an employee assistance program and fitness allowance perk. **What you’ll be doing**

As the Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, and managed in a manner that aligns with BCCNM’s objectives and policies, and that minimizes risks. - **Risk Management**: Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with each of the contracts and develops risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address any that may impact the success of one or more contracts, and/or the business transformation project overall.
- **Business Transformation Liaison**: Informs the business transformation teams of progress made on the contracts collectively, interdependencies between contracts, issues that may impact multiple contracts, and any delays or potential delays in deliverables.
