**Job Duties**
- Report directly to Sales Manager - assist with all sales functions.
- Administer the sales order process.
- Manage doForm sales reports, update and make changes as required.
- Coordinate and setup video conference calls.
- Coordinate department meetings.
- Record and file meeting minutes.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Pull and formulate reports from our customer database.
- Communicate and meet with customers in a professional manner.
- Assist with creating marketing materials.
- Arrange and book sales trips.
- Maintain filing and archiving systems.
- Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- General office duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Business administration diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience is desired.
- Experience with Quickbooks (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Suite is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience using the doForm program (or equivalent) is an asset.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
