As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you play a pivotal role in our mission to cultivate meaningful relationships and identify revenue-generating opportunities. Working as part of our dynamic team, you'll be the driving force behind creating win-win connections between sponsors, affiliate partners, and brands that align with our mission, purpose, and values. Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with key team members, you'll lead day-to-day operational tasks, manage affiliate marketing responsibilities, and oversee our affiliate programs.

**What You'll Do**

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind creating and nurturing impactful partnerships, spearheading innovative strategies to elevate our brand, drive revenue growth, and establish our products as a dominant player in online entrepreneurship. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

- Identify new partnership opportunities through market research, industry networking, ecosystem mapping, customer feedback and other methods.
- Develop and manage processes for onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into collaborative efforts.
- Nurture, maintain and strengthen relationships through regular check-ins, personalized communication, feedback sessions, collaborative problem-solving, networking opportunities, events and recognition.
- Facilitate regular communication between the involved parties, ensuring that information flows smoothly and everyone is on the same page.
- Develop project plans and timelines for partnership initiatives, ensuring that all activities align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership activities and regularly analyze data to assess performance.
- Address any challenges or roadblocks arising during the partnership, working collaboratively to find solutions.
- Develop plans to scale successful partnership initiatives and explore opportunities to expand collaboration and impact.
- Design new policies such as partnership onboarding framework, performance metrics and evaluation, incentive structures and more, allowing partnerships to thrive.

**Leadership and Execution Behaviors**

- Support partners in creating impact by being hands-on when helping implement collaborations to achieve joint objectives or help partners reach their own goals.
- Provide training and coaching to help our partners know our products inside out so that they can effectively describe their value and keep partners updated as new features are released and the product evolves.

**Experience**
- 2+ years of professional experience, especially in coordinating and managing partnerships.
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields.
- Degree or equivalent skills in business, administration, or management.
- Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, affiliate partners, and brands.
- Experience in digital marketing or online business, with a background in affiliate marketing or managing affiliate programs.
