With Lion Rampant Imports, our sister company acquired in 2019, we distribute more than 12,000 product lines to nearly 1,500 customers across the country, including department stores and specialty retailers, such as toy and leisure stores. Our combined portfolio includes the industry’s most popular games, such as Spot it, Ticket to Ride, Catan, Pandemic, Carcassonne, Dixit, Codenames and Ghost Blitz, as well as a vast collection of puzzles.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing the Vendor Manager will oversee supplier relationships, drive business development, manage procurement processes, and handle administrative responsibilities to ensure Asmodee Canada’s operational and strategic success.

**Work location**:Brantford, ON office 3 days a week with 2 remote workdays

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships and lead high-stakes negotiations.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers and expand product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor strategies with company goals
- Monitor vendor performance and address operational challenges proactive
- Represent Asmodee Canada at industry events and trade shows.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Up to 5 years or more of experience in vendor management, purchasing, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong financial literacy
- Must be able to travel for business in Canada and internationally: valid driver’s license, valid passport
- Experience in the board game industry and bilingualism (French/English) are assets.
