Today, together with our volunteers, donors and staff, HCI has delivered more than $250 millions in aid and transformed countless lives in more than 40 countries.

Donor Care Outreach Agent will be responsible for executing our calling campaign pre-Ramadan and during Ramadan. The agents will make outbound calls to our donors to inform them of current campaigns and processing payments.

**Position Title**: Donor Care Outreach Agent

**Reporting To**: Donor Care Manager

**Location**:Remote / Hybrid

**Terms**: Full time - 37.5 hrs to 40 hrs per week

**Position Type**:Seasonal (8 to 10 weeks)

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Call donors to communicate current projects
- Process payments

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a call center is appreciated but training will be provided
- Able to work well with others
- Clear and professional phone skills
- Able to work with helpdesk management solutions.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Fluency in English and excellent written communication skills, fluency in French and/or Arabic an asset.

- Salary is competitive/commensurate with experience and other qualifications

Evening and weekend work will be expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8-10 weeks

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON
