**Responsibilities**:
As a Mortgage Agent/Broker at Sunlite Mortgage, your key responsibilities include:

- Selling mortgage products from diverse lenders and institutions.
- Daily prospecting and relationship management with Circles of Influence.
- Cultivating an extensive and qualified pipeline.
- Staying updated on industry changes and attending training sessions.
- Proactively managing opportunities and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinating sales efforts with relevant departments and updating the CRM system.
- Establishing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Meeting team goals and objectives with a demonstrated track record of sales.

**Requirements**:

- Completed mortgage agent certification program.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a mortgage agent, closing a minimum of 5 deals.
- Networking and marketing acumen to acquire mortgage clients.
- No history of termination or license expiry.
- Commitment, openness to coaching, and a strong desire to succeed.

/Part-Time Supplemental Pay Types: Commission

Experience: 1 year in mortgage brokerage (preferred) License/Certification: Mortgage License (preferred)

YOU MUST HAVE THE ACCREDITATION TO BE REGISTERED WITH FSRAO OR ALREADY REGISTERED WITH FSRAO TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION.

**Salary**: $79,008.00-$172,461.41 per year
